For online purchases, noMade will refund the amount corresponding to the purchase price of the item, provided that it is returned in its original condition, accompanied by the invoice, with the original noMade packaging. If you intend to make a return, you must inform noMade within 7 days of the delivery date by returning the item together with the original invoice.

The return is not foreseen in the case of personalized items.
